This role requires at least three years of dental office experience, a positive attitude, and the initiative to keep things running smoothly. As a leader in the clinic, you'll coordinate activities and support your colleagues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical flow to maintain efficient practice operations
• Assist RDH with perio charting and pre-booking tasks
• Conduct general admin duties, Dentrix knowledge is a plus
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and communicate clearly
• Stay steps ahead in all daily activities to enhance workflow
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a dental office setting
• Organized with strong interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered and kind towards patients
• Self-motivated and proactive with a learning mindset
• Committed to teamwork with a can-do attitude
