In this full-time position, you'll ensure every patient feels informed and cared for from consultation to completion of treatment. Your organizational skills and patient-first mindset will help coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and manage inquiries effectively. This role requires a minimum of two years' experience in an orthodontic environment and a strong communication approach to foster trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and appointments
• Manage phone calls and schedule consultations efficiently
• Guide patients through treatment plans and financial options
• Optimize the orthodontic schedule for patient flow
• Maintain patient records and track treatment progress
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in an orthodontic clinic setting
• Knowledge of billing and insurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Dolphin
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
