Registered Dental Assistant LEAD; RDA

Position: Registered Dental Assistant LEAD (RDA) Full-Time )

At My Dental Clinic, one of our Dental Assistants is heading off to travel, and we need an experienced RDA to take her place.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a genuinely positive attitude, someone who sees this as more than just a job.
This role owns the clinical flow. You'll be the one keeping the back running smoothly, anticipating what's needed before it's asked, and setting the pace, not following it. Think of it as being the flight attendant of the operatories: you're in charge back there, and everyone knows it.

Schedule   Full‑time:
Monday to Friday
2 Saturdays per month
2 evening shifts per week (until 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities   Supporting the RDH with perio charting and pre‑booking
Helping with general administrative duties (Dentrix experience is a bonus!)
Taking charge of clinic flow, helpful to be one step ahead, always!
Qualifications   At least 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced dental office
Caring, self‑motivated, and patient‑centred
Friendly, kind, and compassionate
A true team player with a positive outlook
Organized, detail‑oriented, and a strong communicator
Someone who takes initiative and steps in wherever needed
A forward thinker with a desire to keep learning
Compensation & Benefits   Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
