The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Our established and progressive dental practice located in downtown Calgary, is looking for a full-time experienced administrator to join our team. • 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - Mondays 7:30-3:30, Tuesdays 8:30-4:30, Wednesdays 7:30-3:30, Thursdays 7:30-3:30, Fridays 7:30-3:30

• 3 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Max Assistis considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
