Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm

Wage: $35/hr to $38/hr - wage is based on experience

Job Summary

Serve as the full‑time administrator, managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional patient care. Provide leadership, training and motivation to a dental clinic team.

Responsibilities
  • All Dental Administrator duties
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Implement Dental Choice systems and practices
  • Lead monthly team meetings; monitor and appraise job results
  • Support team performance through ongoing coaching, guidance, and training
  • Provide annual performance reviews for all staff
  • Enforce and implement practice building and management strategies to ensure offices are well run
  • Monitor and manage production capacity, collections
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or minimum 1 year in Dental Office Management role
  • Proficient with all administrator duties including office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, and submissions for predeterminations
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers
  • Detail‑oriented and committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects of office management
  • Customer‑service orientation, patient‑focused, positive attitude, initiative, leads by example, sense of urgency, goal oriented, motivates team
