Product Designer

• Comfortable prioritizing and working iteratively; guided by user feedback, data, and company goals.

• Intellectually curious; capable of tackling novel challenges lacking prior precedent.

• Driven to maximize productivity, both self and team.

• Familiar with frontend development; understands how web application components come together.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Leading design for new opportunities from start to finish, such as managing clinical correspondence, automating patient treatment, and NHS integration.

• Enhancing flagship features to maximize user impact, e.g., speeding up appointment invitations for clinical users multiple times daily.

• Collaborating with our exclusive community of passionate customers for feedback and influence, including participating in calls and visiting workplaces to understand their needs.

• Shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features to maximize network value, often without Product Managers, requiring both strategic thinking and execution.

• Implementing effective processes to boost team productivity, including formalizing design standards and scaling tools for high retention feature shipping.
