In this hybrid role, you'll leverage your extensive clinical expertise and knowledge of orthodontic workflows to facilitate the implementation of Light Force’s cutting-edge system. You will foster relationships with practice teams, delivering tailored clinical insights to inspire modernization and enhance operational growth using digital tools. Collaborative engagement with sales will further optimize the customer experience and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support for successful onboarding of Light Force

• Build and maintain relationships with orthodontic practice teams

• Deliver training sessions virtually and in person

• Assist in developing onboarding resources and strategies

• Analyze data to influence customer decision-making

Requirements:

• Clinical certification in dentistry or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in orthodontics or dental practices

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50%

• Recent orthodontic chairside experience preferred
