Description

As a Light Force Integration Specialist, you will drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of the Light Force orthodontic system in orthodontic practices. You will apply your clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic office processes, workflows, and the Light Force sales strategy to identify growth opportunities, accelerate revenue, and increase case volume. You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff by providing tailored clinical and operational insights and training to enable and inspire them to modernize and grow their practices through the Light Force system.

While collaborating with the sales team, you will perform a thorough customer "current state" assessment, prioritize and create a defined work path with each targeted customer to facilitate full adoption of the Light Force system. You will create and leverage training resources, implement processes and procedures with doctors and staff, and maintain a positive customer experience. As a representative of Light Force Orthodontics, you are instrumental in communicating with customers, internal teams, and leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve Light Force onboarding and full integration.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices and inspire customers to modernize and grow their business using Light Force.
  • Deliver clinical training and presentations both virtually and in person to a variety of customer types and internal audiences to maximize implementation, utilization, and integration of Light Force technology and refine office processes.
  • Demonstrate customer‑focused leadership, strategic thinking, a global mindset, results orientation, and continuous skill development.
  • Lead and manage new customer onboarding training strategy, assist with resource and tool development, and deliver full integration with doctors and staff of orthodontic practices.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities.
  • Act as a clinical mentor to internal and external partners regarding best practices.
  • Stay active within orthodontic organizations to remain abreast of trends and changes that impact Light Force and its customers.
  • Provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements using up‑to‑date industry knowledge.
  • Utilize data and analytics to help customers drive decision‑making.
  • Coordinate internal resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Light Force solutions.
  • Diagnose outcomes, lead triage and execution, and communicate results to leadership while managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
  • Manage booking of travel within company guidelines, adhering to personal expenses and expense reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrate creativity, self‑discipline, and the ability to complete critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency.
Education and Experience
  • Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.) and/or dental office management experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the health industry (orthodontic, dental, practice, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
  • Recent orthodontic chairside experience highly preferred.
