- Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
- Serve as an oral health educator by introducing recent preventative techniques and counselling.
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patient’s expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
- Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
- Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
- Valid CPR certification is required.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
