Shape the future of dental technology as a Dental Technician Supervisor with Harmony Ceramic Dental Lab Ltd. This full-time, on-site position focuses on leading technicians and enhancing denture crafting.

The Dental Technician Supervisor role at Harmony requires supervisory duties for 1 to 2 technicians. Your responsibilities include training, inspecting work quality, and casting metal alloys for various dental products. You will also maintain supplies and apply ceramic techniques while ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train a small team of dental technicians

• Cast metal alloys for bridges and dentures

• Order and manage dental supply inventory

• Create and refine denture moulds from wax and plastic

• Buff and polish dentures to ensure high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dental waxing and polishing

• Strong background in ceramic or porcelain techniques

• Client-focused with great communication skills

• Capacity to handle a fast-paced working environment

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
