Orthodontic Integration Specialist

Responsibilities
- Drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of Light Force’s orthodontic system in orthodontic practices.
- Apply clinical expertise and knowledge of orthodontic office processes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build relationships with doctors and staff, providing tailored clinical insights and training.
- Collaborate with the sales team for customer assessments and facilitate full adoption of systems.
- Provide clinical support and training to optimize utilization and integration of technology.
- Lead new customer onboarding training strategies and assist with resource development.
- Stay engaged with orthodontic organizations to monitor industry trends.
- Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.) and/or dental office management experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the related health industry (i.e. orthodontic, dental, practice, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- Recent orthodontic chairside experience highly preferred.
