In this dynamic role, your expertise in orthodontic workflows will facilitate the adoption of advanced Light Force systems. You'll work closely with practitioners, offering tailored insights and training to help modernize their operations. Your focus will be on improving clinical consistency and optimizing treatment outcomes across practices nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing clinical support during system integration
• Inspire orthodontic teams to modernize through Light Force
• Present training tailored to diverse customer needs
• Create resources and conduct onboarding training sessions
• Leverage analytics to drive customer success
Requirements:
• Valid clinical dental certification and/or management experience
• 5+ years of applicable experience in the industry
• Recent hands-on experience in orthodontics preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license for travel
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
