This position involves supervising up to two technical staff members, training peers, and performing essential tasks such as casting metals and maintaining supplies. Role responsibilities emphasize hands-on work under pressure, demanding strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train junior dental technicians

• Cast gold or metal alloys for dental applications

• Maintain inventory and tools for daily tasks

• Mould wax over denture setups efficiently

• Pack materials to create full or partial dentures

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in dental technology

• Strong skills in waxing-up and polishing techniques

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Effective communication and flexibility

• Must work on-site; no remote option available
