In this dynamic hybrid role, you will leverage your clinical knowledge and operational insights to support orthodontic practices in fully adopting the Light Force system. By fostering collaborative relationships with practice teams, you will ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to thrive using advanced digital solutions. Your commitment to client success will drive adoption and enhance revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical support for the integration of Light Force solutions
• Develop positive relationships with orthodontic teams
• Conduct tailored training presentations for varied audiences
• Monitor and analyze data to improve customer processes
• Implement effective onboarding strategies for new users
Requirements:
• Clinical certification in dentistry or related fields
• Over 5 years relevant experience in orthodontics
• Valid driver’s license with a travel requirement of 50%
• Recent chairside experience in orthodontics preferred
