We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Therapist who can work independently while utilizing strong problem-solving skills. This position involves delivering diagnostic, preventive, and restorative care for treaty clients and community members.
Your role will also include promoting oral health initiatives within schools and local agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventive strategies within community settings
• Assess and diagnose patient oral health needs
• Restore dental function using appropriate materials
• Organize and direct the dental team’s activities
• Liaise with Band Administration and health organizations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Dental Therapy, registered with the Saskatchewan Dental Therapist Association
• Ability to speak Cree is an asset
• Experience with First Nations communities preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Contribute to the well-being of LLRIB community members by delivering compassionate and effective dental care.
