• Support orthodontists in providing excellent patient care
• Take dental records, including x-rays, scans, and impressions
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and treatment
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and assist with sterilization and lab duties
• Welcome, support, and build positive relationships with patients throughout their visits

• 1+ year of Registered Dental Assistant experience
• 1+ year of experience working in an orthodontic office
• Completion of the Ortho Module
• Previous orthodontic experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; orthodontic software experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with patients, families, doctors, and team members
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
