As a Hygiene Coordinator, you will optimize dental hygiene appointments, manage recalls, and maintain accurate patient records. You will educate patients about oral treatment plans, present options, review payment plans, and address questions. The role also includes billing, payments, insurance claims, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize dental hygiene schedules with minimal appointment gaps
- Manage recalls and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients about oral treatment plans
- Present options, review payment plans, and address objections
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims
- Minimum two years of Dental Administrator experience
- Knowledge of oral treatment plans and patient education
- Experience with dental software programs
- Clinical background considered an asset
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
