Client Design Coordinator

This role requires interaction with clients, their designers, and contractors to implement Cadillac Fairview’s design standards for various project types. Your responsibilities include reviewing and approving design submissions, communicating design strategies, and providing onsite support while collaborating across departments. A solid focus on project management and healthy customer relationships is essential for success.

• Review client proposals for quality assurance
• Introduce design criteria to clients for retail projects
• Communicate design strategies to enhance approval processes
• Collaborate with legal and leasing teams for project success
• Attend and report on client tracking meetings

• Undergraduate degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3‑4 years of experience in design or project management
• Proficient in design software such as Auto Cad and Adobe Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing construction site issues
