Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and stage showhomes upon completion

• Update design palettes to align with market trends

• Manage homeowner selection appointments effectively

• Collaborate with construction and estimating departments

• Foster a positive and proactive working environment

Requirements:

• Certified in Interior Design

• Over 2 years in customer-focused service

• Experience in residential construction is preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
