This position in the Department of Facilities Management welcomes those who excel in design accuracy. The role centers on conducting inspections to synchronize physical designs with digital records. Candidates will navigate through various campus spaces while assessing the quality of finishes, specifications, and systems to maintain overall design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive technical surveys on-site

• Identify and document finishes, including flooring and lighting

• Maintain and update the Archibus Space Module meticulously

• Assess conditions of interior materials and initiate required maintenance

• Assist in updating architectural drawings according to findings

Requirements:

• High proficiency in interpreting design documentation

• Skills in MS Office and Google Sheets;
AutoCAD preferred

• Understanding of interior design materials and furniture

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Must be able to conduct extensive walking and standing during surveys
