This full-time position seeks a candidate with over five years of experience to manage projects, create master working drawings, and liaise with industry stakeholders. You'll help ensure compliance with design guidelines while improving existing processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee new model development working with key stakeholders

• Develop master working files using Revit and AutoCAD

• Prepare black lines of drawings and pre-planned options

• Coordinate with trade partners for standard efficiencies

• Resolve onsite construction issues during development

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Technologies or related field

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of industry standards and building codes

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
