In this role, you will contribute to the Development Department by supporting multi-family and mixed-use project executions from inception to delivery. This position emphasizes detail-oriented architectural work, project coordination, and adherence to design standards, guiding each project to meet our high-quality benchmarks. You will work closely with senior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support schematic design and early feasibility assessments
• Develop innovative concepts for units and common areas
• Assist in project coordination and consultant alignment
• Review design documents across project phases
• Maintain design consistency and brand standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of architecture or design experience
• Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Effective organizational and communication abilities
• Interest in design innovation and construction methods
