Raise is hiring a Furniture Specialist for our client, a leading financial institution, to enhance their retail and corporate spaces. This contract role will leverage your experience in workplace design, furniture specifications, and vendor management. You will manage furniture asset lifecycle alongside a dedicated People, Places & Spaces team to create inspiring environments for team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement and technical specifications of furniture assets

• Optimize existing inventory for creative reuse across locations

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and furniture trends

• Develop technical drawings for the Integrated Workplace Management System

• Manage end-to-end ordering and vendor oversight processes

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in workplace design

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit

• Familiarity with commercial furniture markets

• Ability to create visual 2D and 3D furniture designs

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
