MKL Design Studio is looking for a seasoned professional with 5–8 years of experience. In this pivotal role, you will manage project phases, ensure compliance with Alberta building codes, and produce precise construction documentation using Revit. Candidates must excel in effective communication and be prepared to mentor junior staff as projects progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from design to construction documentation

• Prepare detailed construction drawings using Revit

• Develop accurate construction details and specifications

• Manage client and consultant communications effectively

• Mentor junior team members through project phases

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology

• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience

• Advanced Revit skills, knowledge of AutoCAD

• Solid understanding of building systems and detailing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
