Entry-Level Traffic Design Coordinator

ATS Traffic is hiring an Entry-Level Traffic Design Coordinator to streamline project workflows and provide drafting support. This role ensures timely project delivery through effective coordination with various stakeholders.

As a full-time employee, you will receive and review drawing requests while assisting the Traffic Design team. You'll act as a point of contact for internal departments and manage project documentation.

Your role supports ongoing revisions and communication of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify project information and create job numbers

• Communicate project updates among team members

• Set up new drawings using established templates

• Organize and maintain project folders in shared drives

• Conduct drawing quality checks before submission

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in project support or coordination

• Basic experience with AutoCAD software

• Familiarity with traffic management is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of vehicle tracking systems is a bonus
