Raise is seeking an experienced Furniture Specialist for a contract role with a market-leading financial client. You will play a pivotal role in the People, Places & Spaces team, contributing to the provision of artistic solutions ranging from furniture to artwork. Your ability to leverage design within an existing framework will enhance work spaces and navigate the diverse needs of employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical specifications and procurement of furniture

• Utilize existing inventories for optimal asset reuse

• Maintain brand standards in all design implementations

• Create detailed furniture documentation and drawings

• Oversee procurement and delivery timelines on projects

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in contract furniture projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design

• Knowledge of safety regulations in building codes

• Experience communicating design rationale to stakeholders

• Bachelor's in Interior Design or Facility Management
