Your role at DIALOG will focus on managing architectural projects exceeding $100M, where your mentoring skills will inspire diverse teams and ensure effective collaboration. You will serve as a key client contact, shaping project expectations and delivering state-of-the-art, sustainable designs. Your ability to integrate complex systems into cohesive architectural solutions will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end project delivery in aviation architecture

• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary design teams

• Serve as primary client contact for projects

• Manage RFQ and RFP project pursuits

• Seamlessly integrate architectural and structural designs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years in architectural roles

• Professional degree in Architecture is mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• LEED AP certification is a plus
