In this vital role, the BIM Coordinator will ensure model delivery meets firm-wide standards and encourages collaboration across various disciplines. Candidates should have substantial experience in training teams in BIM processes and maintaining high-quality design deliverables. Your expertise will contribute to impactful community designs through effective project management and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build federated BIM models in alignment with project scope

• Maintain graphic standards for project consistency

• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with consulting teams

• Help steer BIM workflows and generate necessary reports

• Develop training materials for firm-wide BIM initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in design or construction

• Proficiency with tools like Rhino, Sketch Up, and 3ds Max

• Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Navisworks

• Experience in setting BIM protocols and executing plans
