Position: Interior Designer for Showhomes

This role reports to the Interior Design Manager and leads the execution of showhome interiors to enhance product presentation and sales performance. With strategic oversight and market analysis, you’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional showhomes efficiently, on-time, and within budget. Collaborating with various teams, your efforts will contribute to an aligned vision that captivates potential home buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead showhome design from concept to completion

• Collaborate with vendors and manage project timelines

• Ensure quality control across installations

• Supervise merchandising of furniture and decor

• Update product offerings in the Calgary Studio space

Requirements:

• 5+ years in residential interior design

• 2-3 years in showhome settings

• Relevant interior design education is an asset

• Solid understanding of residential construction

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
