Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine showhome design concepts

• Oversee timelines and coordination with vendors

• Manage installation and merchandising processes

• Ensure effective budget tracking and reporting

• Conduct walkthroughs for quality assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years residential design experience

• 2-3 years in merchandising or showhome design

• Interior Design Degree/Diploma preferred

• Proficient in CAD or similar design software

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
