This role involves overseeing architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects align with client and regulatory expectations. With your extensive background, you will guide the design team through each phase while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Your responsibilities also include managing project quality and timelines while mentoring junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct projects ensuring adherence to client needs and budgets

• Innovate architectural designs integrating various systems

• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications

• Monitor project progress through site visits and inspections

• Cultivate skills in junior architects through mentorship

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in architecture; AAA eligibility

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit and building systems

• Master’s degree in Architecture with professional licensure

• Analytical mindset for technical problem resolution
