This full-time position focuses on leading the planning and development of residential products tailored for Alberta’s market. Collaborate with diverse teams to evaluate regulatory constraints and achieve high-quality outcomes that align with Brookfield’s vision for innovative homebuilding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of product development for residential projects

• Assess zoning and community guidelines for design suitability

• Create prototype designs and assess existing products

• Manage collaboration with architects, engineers, and consultants

• Ensure compliance with design and construction standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or municipal product development

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant field

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and document management systems

• Strong analytical and organization skills

• Ability to balance design and regulatory aspects in projects
