This full-time position requires strong drafting skills, a passion for craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. You will manage plans for new builds, communicate effectively with sales, and adjust construction details to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural plans and elevations for new models

• Calculate pocket sizes for house width and garage orientation

• Request necessary plot plans and engineering layouts

• Adjust construction grades per provided plans

• Submit designs for architectural approval and incorporate feedback

Requirements:

• Must legally work in Calgary, Alberta

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent

• 5-10 years of residential drafting experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of the National Building Code - Alberta Edition
