Position: Senior Showhome Designer at Brookfield Residential
Design inspiring showhomes as a Senior Interior Designer in Calgary with Brookfield Residential.

Your role is key in brand strategy and the execution of stunning interiors.

Reporting to the Interior Design Manager, this position involves developing a cohesive vision for showhomes while collaborating with various internal and external partners. Your expertise will guide projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative showhome concepts and designs

• Conduct pre-construction meetings and manage vendor relations

• Coordinate and keep track of project timelines

• Implement quality control walkthroughs for product installations

• Oversee furniture merchandising and setup on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of residential design experience

• 2-3 years in merchandising or showhome focus

• Strong grasp of latest design trends and product knowledge

• Excellent drafting skills, familiarity with AutoCAD preferred

• Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
