Position: Calgary Architectural Project Manager Role
Take the lead in architectural project management with a renowned firm in Calgary, Alberta. This hybrid position emphasizes management of multi-family and commercial projects throughout Canada.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in architecture, with at least 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years as a Project Manager. The role requires proficiency in Revit for reviewing and marking up designs and involves site visits and project coordination with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of multi-family and mixed-use projects

• Review architectural drawings and provide feedback using Revit

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subconsultants

• Maintain financial oversight on budgets and deadlines

• Mentor junior staff and assist in project coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture, with 4 years in project management

• Degree in Architecture or related field

• Experience with Canadian building codes and regulations

• Skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and MS Office
