Position: BIM Coordinator for Digital Delivery
Step into the role of BIM Coordinator for Digital Delivery at Aecon Industrial, utilizing your skills in advanced modeling and technology to enhance construction processes. Collaborate with project teams to drive digital integration across various disciplines.

As part of the IDD team, you will report directly to the IDD Director and play a crucial role in supporting digital construction efforts. Your work will encompass CAD production, 3D modeling, and ensuring alignment with data management standards. You’ll also work on developing BIM execution plans and perform advanced analysis with laser scanning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist IDD team with critical document production

• Support CAD and 3D modeling activities

• Conduct 3D model analysis and clash detection

• Enable quantity takeoffs supporting estimating efforts

• Manage configurations in common data environments

Requirements:

• Technical degree or diploma in related fields

• 2-3 years of experience with BIM/CAD

• Knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, and related software

• Experience in connected data environments

• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
