Senior User Experience Designer

Position: Senior User Experience Designer Role
Elevate user experiences as a Senior User Experience Designer at Pason, where your role is to design software solutions that effectively address real-world problems faced by rig users. Work collaboratively to shape intuitive interfaces.

In this position, you will apply your extensive background in UX research and design to elevate Pason's software offerings. Engaging directly with rig users, you'll translate their feedback into actionable design changes. Your responsibilities will involve facilitating usability testing and leading the design process from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field research and gather user feedback

• Create effective designs for field application use

• Facilitate design discussions and gather stakeholder insights

• Develop sketches, wireframes, and detailed mockups

• Clear communication of design rationale in reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years in User Experience Design/Research

• Relevant academic background in a related area

• Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License and travel readiness

• Valid passport for field research travel

• Strong skills in Figma and design principles
