Residential Product Design Lead

As the Product & Design Lead, you will take charge of Brookfield's multi-family product portfolio. Your responsibilities include evaluating development constraints, coordinating with diverse project teams, and ensuring technical compliance. You'll lead the transition from creative concept to construction-ready designs while fostering strong collaborations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead product development initiatives from concept to code approval

• Assess land parcels for development opportunities

• Create building layouts and prototype designs tailored to market needs

• Oversee drafting resources and project documentation

• Facilitate communication with architects and construction teams

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant design or engineering field

• At least 5 years in building design or project coordination

• Experience with residential construction methods

• Familiarity with BIM platforms and project management tools

• Excellent time management and communication skills
