Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design reviews with team members

• Ensure designs meet safety and operability standards

• Report progress effectively to the Lead Designer

• Develop BIM models for structural foundations and steel

• Mentor team in effective design and modeling techniques

Requirements:

• Technical degree in CAD with BIM focus

• Minimum 4+ years in structural design

• Proficiency in Tekla preferred

• Strong communication skills with teams

• Basic knowledge of current computer systems
