Position: Calgary Senior Interior Designer for Showhomes
Join Brookfield Residential as a Senior Interior Designer focusing on showhomes in Calgary. You will drive brand positioning through innovative design and interior merchandising.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Interior Design Manager to develop and finalize showhome interiors while aligning with budget constraints and quality expectations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient collaboration with trade partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional showhomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the initial design direction to final checklist completion

• Facilitate interior selection processes and vendor meetings

• Manage timelines and oversee key project milestones

• Conduct quality control and identify installation issues

• Coordinate furniture and décor installation on-site

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in residential design

• 2-3 years in a showhome or merchandising role

• Proven product knowledge in current design trends
