Position: Architectural Technologist at Ultimate Renovations

In this role, you will contribute to high-quality renovations by creating technical drawings and 3D renderings. You'll collaborate closely with designers and production teams, translating renovation requests into detailed visuals. While 2+ years of design and drafting experience are beneficial, a passion for architecture and a technical certification will be key in your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings from site measurements

• Produce compelling 3D renderings based on plans

• Revise drawings to reflect design changes promptly

• Prepare Building and Development Permit applications

• Collaborate with project managers to incorporate feedback

Requirements:

• Technical certification in Architectural Technologies

• 2+ years residential design experience preferred

• Proficiency with Chief Architect software an asset

• Customer-facing and site measurement experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
