In this pivotal role, you will oversee the systemic architectural coherence across various product lines and ensure functional alignments across Module Delivery Units. By providing leadership and mentoring, you will be instrumental in resolving escalations and driving the architectural roadmap forward, while managing a high-performing team of domain architects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure end-to-end architectural coherence for products
• Develop and implement the Domain Architecture roadmap
• Facilitate architectural coaching and quality assessments
• Handle escalations and architectural trade-offs
• Guide team development and resource planning
Requirements:
• BS in engineering; MSc or PhD is a plus
• Over 15 years of architecture experience
• Deep understanding of semiconductor technology
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement
