As the VDC Manager, you will integrate advanced technology within project workflows to enhance coordination and execution. You will develop a BIM Execution Plan and tailor VDC strategies, ensuring compliance with owners' requirements. Your oversight will be crucial in facilitating collaboration among designers, tradespeople, and project stakeholders while also nurturing the professional growth of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support VDC processes through all project phases

• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans

• Conduct model-based design reviews and clash detections

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with various teams

• Oversee model integration using advanced technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technology Diploma in relevant fields

• 7+ years of experience in BIM Management

• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit

• Previous VDC leadership experience required

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
