Kiewit is on the lookout for Mid to Senior Level Structural Designers to enhance our Calgary office. Candidates should have over 4 years of structural design experience, focusing on BIM and steel design. You will cooperate closely with engineers and support junior designers to elevate project standards and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design team to share project insights
• Review project designs for operational efficiency
• Report on task status to Senior Designer
• Develop detailed BIM models for foundation work
• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Aided Design with BIM focus
• Minimum of 4 years in structural design
• Experience with Tekla is a plus
• Demonstrate strong multi-discipline document interpretation
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
