Position: Interior Design Technical Support Role
Elevate campus environments as an Interior Design Support specialist at the Department of Facilities Management. This hybrid position focuses on technical documentation, field surveys, and management of interior assets.

The Interior Design Support role requires a mix of design literacy and technical skills, including expertise in AutoCAD and various architectural finishes. You will conduct detailed field surveys, verify furniture specifications, and maintain accurate facility databases for over 10,000 spaces. Flexibility in scheduling allows for variable hours up to 35 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of architectural layouts

• Document and catalog finishes, materials, and furniture

• Update Archibus Space Module with current data

• Perform condition assessments and initiate maintenance requests

• Collaborate to revise architectural floor plans

Requirements:

• Strong reading skills in construction documentation

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness to walk and stand for long periods

• Ability to work independently in sensitive areas
