The role is available to candidates across Canada (except Quebec) and the US, with a hybrid work expectation of two in-office days weekly for local candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategic design initiatives

• Lead end-to-end design across multiple interfaces

• Mentor fellow designers and uphold design quality

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS

• Exceptional UX design skills with proven systems thinking

• Strong understanding of customer-centered design

• Familiarity with AI-driven design experiences

• Experience mentoring peers in a collaborative environment
