Senior Design Specialist for AI Research

Mercor invites experienced design professionals to participate in a paid research study focused on AI design tooling. Contribute your insights during remote sessions, whether as an interviewer or interviewee.

This unique opportunity requires individuals with senior-level design experience in product, UX, or brand disciplines. You will help a leading tech company understand expert design processes, approaches to problem-solving, and standards for shipping deliverables. Each session lasts about 4–5 hours, including preparation and a brief review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured interviews about design thinking

• Share insights on design quality and critique

• Prepare materials and review sessions before and after

• Participate in remote sessions with participants

Requirements:

• Significant experience in product, UX, or brand design

• Strong viewpoint on design standards and quality

• Ability to share non-confidential design work

• Flexibility in session timing based on client needs
