Reporting to the Interior Design Manager, you will lead the development of showhome interiors from concept to completion. This position demands expertise in residential design, merchandising, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing. You'll ensure that each showhome reflects customer needs and elevates brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop unique showhome concepts from inception to completion

• Coordinate selections with the Interior Build team and trade partners

• Manage timelines, site meetings, and stakeholder approvals

• Oversee quality control and identify potential issues

• Supervise merchandising and installation of décor elements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in residential interior design

• 2-3 years merchandising or showhome experience

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with AutoCAD knowledge

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
