You will oversee a variety of large-scale multi-family and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Candidates must possess experience with Revit, strong organizational skills, and the capability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Mentorship of junior staff is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project execution for multi-family and commercial builds

• Conduct thorough reviews and markups of Revit drawings

• Manage financials, deadlines, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subconsultants

• Support and mentor junior project team members

Requirements:

• 8+ years in architecture with at least 4 years in project management

• Degree in Architecture or related field

• Experience with Canadian building regulations essential

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite

• Exceptional coordination and communication skills
