As part of Clio’s dedicated Product Design team, you will take command of our design system, ensuring it meets the needs of a rapidly evolving legal market. This position offers the chance to partner closely with cross-functional teams, translating customer insights into impactful design solutions that underpin the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define experience strategy based on customer insights and business goals
• Develop deep customer understanding to guide design decisions
• Manage cohesive design processes from conception to delivery
• Foster collaboration to navigate design challenges effectively
• Elevate overall product quality and designer craft
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in Product Design, B2B SaaS preferred
• Experience designing across diverse customer segments
• Proven record in leading multi-team initiatives
• Strong judgment connecting design to business outcomes
• Expertise in interaction design and AI-driven experiences
